He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Earley and Jesse Alloway Earley; his children, Elizabeth Earley, Becki Earley, Lex Woods and Vanita Dunn; and his siblings, Floyd E. Earley, Harold A. Earley, Paul E. Earley, Ethel A. Hubbard, Ruby K. Best and Mary M. Fox.
He is survived by: his wife Rita J. Master Earley; his children, Richard Earley Jr. (Lisa), Gregory Earley, Ken Woods (Marylynn), Pamela Childress (Roy), Brenda Motich (Greg), Angela Cain (Dewayne) and Brooke Oliver (Bryan); and his siblings, Roger F. Earley, David J. Earley, John A. Earley, Jimmie D. Earley, Phyllis N. McCormick, Beulah E. Apperson, Twila Griffin, Norma J. Buegle and Marjorie Butler. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
