Though Neil may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Neil touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Beaver and Cecil Beaver; his brother Lewis Beaver (Juanita Beaver); and his son Timothy Beaver. He is survived by: his daughter Tina Barron (Michael); his grandchildren, Casey Burns (Adam), Jaclyn Barron Looney, Morgan Beaver and Megan Beaver; and his great grandchildren, Steven Looney II, Alexandria Burns and Wells Burns.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Ingram Funeral Home (512 2nd St, St Marys, WV 26170).
