He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Boley and Nelle McGee Boley; his son Justin Ray Boley; and his siblings, Sue Stull, Ralph Boley and Spike McGee.
He is survived by: his wife Rita West Boley; his children, Nicole Marie Brooks (Rick), Katrina Lynn Boley, James Neal Boley, Jr. and Jeffry Lee Boley (Lyndsay); his granddaughter Lucy Boley; his siblings, Shirley Joy, Doris Dunn, Dora Britton, Millie Francis, Edith Bunner, Edna Kimball, Mary Kay West, Karen, Ronnie Boley and Donnie Boley; and his pet Baby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
