He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Jackson and Estle Ella Billiter Jackson; and his siblings, Robert L., Brady Jackson and Garnet Collins.

He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Lou Carpenter of New Matamoras and Paul Irvin Jackson of Weirton. He is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
