He was predeceased by: his parents, Okey Blosser and Ollie Pearl Belknap Blosser; his wife Shirley Blosser; and his siblings, Carol, Betty and Ralph.
He is survived by: his children, Clifton E. Blosser Jr. (Ann), Ollie Jean Miller (Al) and William Okey Blosser (Diane). He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Hadley Funeral Home (700 Main St, Matamoras, OH 45767). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the Matamoras Cemetery.
