She is survived by: her children, Brent Phipps (Rob) of Marietta, Ohio, Melanie Phipps (Lisa) of Geneva, Ohio and Matthew Phipps of Freeport, Ohio.; her sisters, Judy Beaver Waldrop (Clyde) of Henderson and Ruth Tharp of Tyler; and her friend Mary Ann Hall (Arthur) of New Matamoras.
