He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Jones Ramsey; his children, Shelia Erickson (Rich) of Studeman, NC, Ilene Yost (Bill) of Middlebourne, WV and Billy Ramsey (Kim) of Morgantown, WV; and his siblings, Beulah Smith and Gary Ramsey (Cathy) of New Matamoras, OH.. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
