He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland T. Hopper and Marian Elva Williamson Hopper. He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Spangler (Robert) of South Carolina and Tera Kuehne (Brandon) of Lancaster; and his sisters, Susan Petit (Kenneth) and Laura Ball (Ron). He is also survived by five grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
