She was predeceased by: her mother Mary MacFadden (Fultz); and her siblings, Larry, Bob, Barry, Dean, Keith MacFadden, Janet and Christine MacFadden.
She is survived by: her children, Janet McGrath of Athens and Scott (Kim) of Athens; her grandchildren, Katie McGrath (Devin Landis), Brody McGrath, Jordan McClain and Austin McClain; her brother Danny MacFadden of Anderson, IN; her close friend Sandy Ash of New Marshfield; and her pet Sadie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
