She was predeceased by: her parent Clyde Sapp; her husband Steven Kovach; and her siblings, Roger Sapp, Don Sapp and Helen Charney.
She is survived by: her parent Cathern Lucille Shaver Sapp; her children, Harriett Marie Terwilliger (Jim), Karen Carbaugh, Jane Kovach and Mark Kovach (Sylvia); and her grandchildren, James Terwilliger of David Carbaugh and Patrick Terwilliger of David Carbaugh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
