He is survived by: his daughter Carolyn Clark; his stepdaughter Amandah Keiffer; his grandchildren, Austin, Ayden, Chase, Lilly, Jeremy and Destiny; and his great grandchildren, Paxtyn, River and Olivia. He is also survived by several brothers, nieces, and nephews.
