He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Bal" Llewellyn and Mildred Mace Llewellyn; his children, Charlesa, Kelly and Brian; his grandson Eric Allen; and his siblings, John and Diane.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Chuck (Julie); his son-in-law Layne Zeigler; his grandchildren, Misty Davis (Gary), Erica Osborne (Brett), Jacob Zeigler, Patrick Llewellyn (Leslie) and Trent Llewellyn (Cora); his great grandchildren, Eric Davis, Levi Davis (Piper), Jaxon Winchell and Viola Kelly Winchell; and his great great grandchild Wrenley Davis. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
