He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Ray Mckibben; his daughter Connie Sipe; his siblings, Louis Rupe, Mary Starcher and Joyce Rupe; his stepbrother John Rupe; and his close friend Marian Richardson.

He is survived by: his children, Harold Cullison (Jackie), Tina Abel, Carla Cullison and Roberta Greene; his stepchildren, Russel Harney (Jodi), Kevin Harney (Jamie), Kelly Price (George), Gina Kirkpatrick (Kevin) and Lisa Martin; and his siblings, Melvin Rupe and Dorothy Bargar. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins and Friends.
