It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Carsey of New Marshfield, Ohio, born in South Webster, Ohio, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Earl Shamhart and Joan Smith Shamhart Elliott; her grandson Jacob O'Neil Jackson; and her brother Terry Keaton. She is survived by: her husband Basil David Carsey; her children, Joanie Kilgore (Mike) of Haydenville, Helen Martin (Bob) of New Marshfield, Tara Carsey Jackson (Rick) of St Francis, Savannah Carsey of New Marshfield and David Max Carsey of New Marshfield; her grandchildren, Krista Carsey, Kala Henry (Scott), Kaitlin Carsey, Megan Kilgore, Julius Jackson, Rhea Jackson and Liam Carsey; her great grandchildren, Harlan, Harper Clark, Emma and Elliott Henry; and her siblings, Ramona Douglas (Tom) of Jackson and Marvin Shamhart (Betsy) of Glouster.
