He is survived by: his girlfriend Doris Powell of South Carolina; his children, Nichole Lee Swartz, Eric Andrew Swartz of Greenville and Kyle Anthony Swartz of Arcanum; his brother Tim; his sister-in-law Diane Swartz of Greenville; his sister LuAnn Sewell of Cincinnati; his cousins, Shirley Fort of Greenville and Lloyd Gerald Fort of Greenville; and his aunt Geraldine Hecker of Texas.
