He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mills and Milla Jean Mills (Jones); and his siblings, Shirley and Elaine. He is survived by: his wife Janice Mills (Davenport); his daughters, Tonya and Crystal; and his siblings, Donna, Abbie, Debbie, Susie, Tom, Jasper and Robbie. He is also survived by five stepchildren; his five grandchildren, one great grandchild, nine step grandchildren, and two great step grandchildren.
