He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Brown, Sr. and Sarah Brown (Franklin); his siblings, Leroy Brown, Doug Brown, Richard Brown, Inez Hughey and Ann DeVore; his sister-in-law Jaqueline "Jackie" Brown; and his half-brother Dick Boggs.
He is survived by: his close friend Vicki Gebhart; and his siblings, Isaac Brown, Jr., Andy (Pam Brown), Sarah (Jim Ward) and Bill (Kathy Brown). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews: and all of his friends.
