She was predeceased by: her father Leonard Hart; her daughter Jennifer Renae Derksen; and her brother Milan Hart. She is survived by: her mother Henrietta Hart; her husband David Derksen; her children, Josh Derksen (Heather), Jessica Moore (Tyler), Jalynn Cromwell (Justin) and Mia Melchor-Derksen; and her brother Marlan Hart (Tabetha). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Sugar Grove Cemetery (1985 OH-503, Lewisburg, OH 45381).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the funeral home to assist with final expenses.
