She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Rhoads and Gloria Rhoads (Kane); and her husband David J. Folkerth. She is survived by: her children, Kurt Folkerth (Gia Guzman) of Beaverton and Leesa Huntington (Justin) of Husdon, Ohio; her grandchildren, Harrison, Henry and Eleanor Huntington; her siblings, Samuel M. Rhoads IIII (Dawn), William K. Rhoads (Donna), Robert D. Rhoads (Dona) and Grace M. Conners (Dan); and her brother-in-law Jaime Folkerth (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
