She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry H. Miller and Mamie J. Miller (Chrismer); her husband Dale Wesley Tyler; and her brother Milo Miller. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Wick (Gary) of Laura, OH, Deborah Hargett (Keith) of Eaton, OH, Judith Smith (Robert) of Fountain City, IN and David Tyler of New Madison, OH; her grandchildren, Curt Turner (Nikki), Brad Turner (Angie), Chris Shoemaker (Carmen), Tony Wick, Lori Toschlog (Doug), Kevin Wick and Sara Beaty (Eric); and her pet Smokey. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
