It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jo Lipps of New Madison, Ohio, born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Palmer and Mary Alice Nolan (Yoke); her parents-in-law, Perry and Hazel Lipps (Weido); and her brother-in-law Gary Curl.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Lipps of New Madison, OH; her siblings, Barbara Mullins (Brian) of Brooksville, FL and Phil Nolan of Dallas, Georgia; her sister-in-law Carol Curl of New Madison, OH; and her nieces and nephews, Tony Call (Marta), Travis Call (Deanna), Erik Curl (MaryAnn), Kathy Pieratt, Crystal Nolan and Kyle Nolan.
