With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeff Collins of New Madison, Ohio, born in Pikeville, Kentucky, who passed away on September 4, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Issac and Hazel Minta Collins (Slone); and his siblings, George Collins, Bernice Figiola, Dolly Parker, Bobby Jack Collins, Gail Thompson, Ronnie Collins and Danny Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Collins (Maynard); his children, Connie Cunningham (Scott) of Englewood, Jeffrey Collins (Alysa) of New Madison and Anthony Collins (Shannon) of New Madison; his grandchildren, Kelli Evans (Rodney), Kaitlyn Cunningham (Tim Hartings), Chase Collins, Aiden Collins, Xander Collins and Liam Collins; his great grandchildren, Tyson, Scarlett Evans and Colson Hartings; and his siblings, Charlie Collins of Lexington, Ruey (Rozy) of Houston, Steven Collins, Jewel Allen of Prestonsburg and Sharon "Penny" Adkins (Freddie) of Raccoon, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be given to Harrison Street Baptist Church, PO Box 208, New Madison, Ohio 45346.
