She was predeceased by: her father George Jay. She is survived by: her children, Rick Michael (Jo) of Troy, Terry Michael (Georgia) of New Madison and Penny Hughes of Brookville, Ohio. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren, and 18 great grandchildren.
