He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert Jr., Phyllis Rafferty, Jean Slother and Ethel Stockley; his wife Ruth Jane Braund; and also Braund, Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn K. Tinkle (Barry) of New Madison and Delbert Jr. Braund (Karen) of Brookville; his grandchildren, Jeremy Tinkle (Leslie) and Matthew Tinkle; his great grandchildren, Dakota and Devin; his siblings, DeMaris Dixon of Philipsburg and Devere Braund of Conroe; and his child Lois Braund of New Madison. He is also survived by his classmate and special friend, Marguerite Reed; numerous stepchildren and their families; and several nieces and nephews.
