He is survived by: his wife Marcia Rutherford (Keiter); his children, Michael Rutherford (Doug Sheidler) of Bellbrook, Cheryl Holly (Don Kohlhaas) of Dunedin, Florida and James Rutherford (Julie) of Amelia, Ohio; his grandchildren, Tara, Dani, Ashley, Dawson, Jake, Danielle, Lauren and Lillian; and his sister Barbara Leininger (Don) of New Madison, Ohio.. He is also survived by his 5 great grandchildren.
