He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Sue Thomas (Kolling); his grandparents, Karl Thomas, Margaret Thomas Lumpkin, Russell and Kathryn Kolling; and his aunts and uncles, Marcia Bruner, Jerry Thomas, Donna Jean Myers, Don, Jovetta Burk and Darrell Kolling.

He is survived by: his father Ronald Thomas of Lynn; his granddaughter Shelby; his friend Bear; his stepgranddaughter Shelby Hobson; his sister Dinese; his brother-in-law Joey Watson of Lynn, Indiana; and his nieces, Grace and Tarissa Watson. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
