He is survived by: his wife Karen Frech (Carter); his children, Phillip Frech, Kevin Frech (Sabrina) and Michelle Lowman (John); his grandchildren, Kevin Jr. (Ashley), Serena (Michael), Chelsea (Paul), Dereck, Travis (Kaylee), Austen (Kaitlynn) and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Emma, Teagan, Aleigha, Jackson and Bronson; his siblings, David, Joe (Sandra), Mark (Jamie), Ruth (Doug) and Mary; his mother-in-law Twila Carter; and his sister-in-law Kim Wolfe (Paul). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
