He was predeceased by: his wife Viola Wogoman; his siblings, Elizabeth Mehaffie and Eugene Wogoman; and his brother-in-law Donald Snell. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Wogoman (Maria), Mary Ann Emrick (Neal), Joseph Wogoman (Stephanie), Naomi Osborne (Darryl), David Wogoman and Lois Hittle (Rick); and his siblings, Eddie Wogoman (Rita), Rosella Snell and Faye Whittaker (Ralph). He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ithaca Open Bible Church.
