He is survived by: his spouse Betty L. (Bish); his sons, James H, Bish of Orwell, OH and Leonard J. Hoffstetter III (Doralean) of Wayne; and his siblings, Larry, Betty, Margaret, Carol, Patty, Linda and Edna Mae. He is also survived by his 5 Grandchildren, 11 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren.
