He was predeceased by: his sister Nancy Kizys. He is survived by: his siblings, Don Kizys (Connie) and Celia Rzepka; and his nephews, Austin Kizys and Joey Rzepka. He is also survived by friends, including his roommate, Ron Sexton, and dog.
