He was predeceased by: his former wife Leanna Midolo; his siblings, Vincenza Ferraro, Charles, Anthony and Joseph; and his children, Marirose and Michael Midolo.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Midolo (Perkins); and his children, John Midolo (Cathy) of Rochester, NY, Patricia Bigelow (Ray) of Milwaukee, WI, Kathy Fuller (Larry) of New London, OH, Sally Childers (Dave) of Mayfield Heights, OH, Jim Midolo (Jackie) of New London, OH, Sharon McGrail (Garth) of New London, OH, Norma Johnson (Steve) of Ocala, FL, Dorothy Eddy (Mark) of Castalia, OH, Bill Perkins of Cincinnati, OH and Mike Perkins (Gina) of Norwalk, OH. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Those attending are asked to wear a mask and practice all social distancing guidelines.
