It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Jean Rumbaugh (New London, Ohio), who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lee Rumbaugh; her parents, Forrest Motter and Ruth Motter; and her brother Russell Motter. She is survived by: her daughters, Joanne Church (Dan) and Susan Fishbaugh (Randy); her granddaughter Patricia Church; and her brother David Motter (Jan). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
