She was predeceased by: her parents, John Howard and Kathleen Mack (Solomon); her parents-in-law, Richard L. and Kathryn Kelly; and her brothers, John "Howdy" Mack and Chris Mack.
She is survived by: her husband Kevin Kelly; and her siblings, Donald Mack, Peggy Boales (Keith), Joy Goodwin (JT Jones) and Ruth Ann Yocum (Donald). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
