He was predeceased by: his parents, John Louis (Jack) and Thelma Alice Howard (Brotherton); his sisters, Norma Hubler and Betty; his brother-in-law Bud French; his sister Miriam (Mimi); his brother-in-law Robert Luxon; and his brother John Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Howard (Beckwith); his daughter Angela Kessinger of Big Prairie; his grandchildren, Shelby Miller (Chance), Kaylea Kessinger, Jessica Miller (Anthony) and Logan Kessinger; his great grandchildren, Hayes, Harvey (Shelby), Jayda (Kaylea), Adalynn, Madalynn, Rhett and Beau (Jessica); and his children, Robert W Howard Jr. (Ellen) of Collins, Rodney Howard of Norwalk and Terri Bazzill of Norwalk.
