He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Myers and Mildred "Betty" Myers; and his grandson Lincoln Gilbert. He is survived by: his wife Janice; his stepchildren, Stephanie Cole (Rick), Jason Gilbert (Jennifer) and Seth Gilbert (Jessica); his grandchildren, Alexis Gates (Tyler), Spencer Cole, Jackson Gilbert, Colin Cole, Jayne Morgan Spaulding (Haydon), Jonah Gilbert, Alyssa Gilbert and Brookelynn Gilbert; his great grandchild Harper; his siblings, Peggy Weimer (Gerald), Rick Myers and Nancy Francis; and his niece Terry (Doug).
