She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bailey and Della Bailey; her husband Neale; her son Mark Ralph; and her sister Rosie.
She is survived by: her children, David Timbs (Sherry) of Vermillion and Vickie Burgess (Jack) of Lincolnton, NC; and her brothers, Don Bailey (Sue) and Larry Bailey (Glenna). She is also survived by 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren with 2 more great grandchildren.
