Novotny; his daughters, Diane Simmons and Sandra Rickel (David); his stepchildren, Tina DeLambo (James) and Thomas Reed (Rebecca); his granddaughters, Nicole Davidson (Sam) and Emily Rickel; his stepgrandchildren, Eric Simmons (Nikki Enix), Kyle Simmons (Becca), Cory Simmons, Anthony DeLambo, Amanda DeLambo, Christopher Reed, Cole Reed (Haley), Trevor Reed, Aaron Reed and Austin Reed; and his brother James Novotny, Sr. (Theresa). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
