He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Stevens and Jessie Stevens. He is survived by: his pet Brutus; his wife Janet Stevens (Johnson); his children, Stephanie Spillane (Randy), Joe Jr. Stevens (Trina), Brad Stevens (Danielle Casteel) and Lindsay Stevens (Ben Stout); and his brother Gregory Stevens (Ann).
