Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Harold McClaflin (New London, Ohio), born in Nova, Ohio, who passed away at the age of 87, on November 20, 2019. He was predeceased by: his parents, Orrie McClaflin and Mildred McClaflin; his wife Mary McClaflin; and his nephew Andy Leonard. He is survived by: his children, Alice Bernow (Donald) of Springfield, OH, Jim McClaflin (Cathy) of Clarksfield Twp, John McClaflin (Penny) of Clarksfield Twp and Dale McClaflin of Medina; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kayleigh Bernow and Lear McClaflin; and his sister Bonnie Leonard of Mansfield. He is also survived by several nephews and a niece.

Memorial contributions if desired may be made to the Huron County Agricultural Society, 940 Fair Rd., Norwalk, OH 44857.

“My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Pud was a longtime friend of the family. I remember the shenanigans Pud and my dad did and the stories they would tell! My favorite story is when Pud drove the s*** spreader and his horses to Mr. Ash's store. My dad wore a shirt backwards and carried a bible. They were going to give him his last rites. Mr. Ash almost had a heart attack from laughing so hard! Pud was a sweet, kind hearted and generous man. He will surely be missed.”
