She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Foster and Kittie Pearl Foster; her husband Ralph "Shorty" Radcliffe; her grandson Mark Williams; her siblings, Carl, Blain, Ruth, Merle Foster, Mildred Anderson and Mary Clark; and her son-in-law James Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Irene Williams of Wakeman, Evelyn Coy (Roger) of New Haven and Thomas Radcliffe (Roberta) of Sullivan. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren.
