With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eleanor Jean Rippon of New London, Ohio, born in Norwalk, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 13, 2024 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Wargo, and Louise Wargo, Jr.; and her husband George Frederick Rippon. She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Miller (Dennis) of Louisville, OH and Denise Smothers (Rich) of Anderson, SC; her grandchildren, Tabetha Norris (Bill) and Zachary Smothers (Brenna); and her great grandchildren, Ian, Lydia, Gianna, Eli Norris, Jon Paul, Lincoln and Mila Jean Smothers.
