He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cook; his children, Robin Dupree (Joel), Jeremy, Jonathan (Jennifer) and Abigail Eliker (Jon-Eric); his brother Jeﬀery (Deb); his grandson David (Jenna); his great grandchildren, Carlie, Ruthie and Timothy; and his pet Rusty.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Eastman Funeral Home (200 W Main St, New London, OH 44851). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
