It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doyle Douglas Neel (New London, Ohio), born in Jeromesville, Ohio, who passed away on October 4, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parent Edith Neel (Sanders); his spouse Jean Foreman of Wakeman, OH.; his sons, David Neel (Trudy), Larry Neel and Mark Neel (Kay); his granddaughter Abby; and his brother Vaughn Neel (Lois).
