She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Duncan and Julia Duncan (Schowe); her husband Billy Scoggins; and her brother Ronald Ackerman. She is survived by: her daughters, Renee Scoggins, Angela Rockwell (JaPaul) and Amanda Starkey; and her brother Butch Ackerman. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
