He is survived by: his wife Alice Phelps (Kendall); his children, Jamie Phelps (Senta) of New London, Angie Freeman (Gary) of Wakeman and Dowden Phelps (Andrea) of New London; his grandchildren, Zachery Phelps (Alyson), Ashleigh Phelps, Troy Phelps (Kandice), Guerin Charles Phelps and Haley Wooley (Jake); his great grandchildren, Mikai Phelps, Ezra Phelps, NovaLee Phelps, Colton Wooley, Gunner Wooley, Bryson Phelps and Addie Bartlett; his siblings, Roland "Russ" Phelps (Sue) of North Ridgeville and Cindy Bonness of Oberlin; and his siblings-in-law, Estille and Robin Dillon of Warren. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives.
