She was predeceased by: her parent Dennis Daugherty; her husband John "Jack" Draves; her son Daniel Edward Draves; and her siblings, Mary Ellen Mockler, Louise Murray, Ralph Bergreen and Don Bergreen.
She is survived by: her parent Ellen Daugherty; and her daughter Margaret "Peggy" Loera (Dave) of New London. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
The Family wishes that memorial donations be made to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, New London, to establish the Cecelia Draves Foundation, to help musically talented children learn to sing and play during church services, or to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, 44870.
