He is survived by: his wife Beverly Foote; his children, Cheryl Ellingsworth of Elyria, Joseph Foote (Sharon) of Elyria, Donna Fahler (Michael) of Wellington and Christopher Foote (Debra) of Berlin Heights; and his sister Margaret Allen of Brooklyn Heights. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
