He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Barnett and Henrietta Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Katelyn Dickerson (Adam), Libby Mohler (Logan), Cassy Barnett (Grey Bennett) and Luke Barnett (Bailey Novaria); his grandchildren, Lincoln, Callie, Ledger and Lennox; his siblings, Toni Johnson (Danny), Roger Hooper (Debbie), Rick Penrod (Tina), Randy Penrod (Diane), Rod Barnette (Christie), Randy Barnette, Rick Barnette (Shana), Rob Barnette (Michelle) and Debbie Russell (Chris); his nephews, Justin Johnson (Jackie) and Jason Johnson (Tracy); his close friend Brick; and his pet Sarge.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home (304 Mill St, New Lexington, OH 43764). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at the New Lexington Cemetery (440 Swigart St, New Lexington, OH 43764).
