He was predeceased by: his father Addison "Ad" Welsh; his wife Donna Welsh (Kunkler); and his son Michael Welsh. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Welsh; his daughter Mindy Lett; and his grandchildren, Paul Lett, Christian, Emily and Nathan Welsh.
