He is survived by: his wife Diane Cooksey; his children, Todd Underwood (Karyne), Lisa Lee, Brad Underwood and Carol Pierce (Brandon); and his siblings, Mell Underwood and Bernadine Underwood. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren.
